Anti-Bullying Forum: Arab American, American Muslim & South Asian Students Uncovering
the Hidden Epidemic of Post-9/11 Bullying.
Professor Joshi was on a panel of experts to discuss how South Asian, Arab American,
and Muslim students are impacted by bullying and how parents and community members
intervene. Professor Joshi’s research on second generation Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs
offers insights on the impact of religious based bullying in the K-12 educational
context. This forum was presented by the New Jersey Chapter of the American Arab
Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC-NJ).
